Currently looking for some fun housemates to potentially fill our 5 week share this coming summer. We have an awesome house...4 bedroom/4 bath...multiple levels with a roof deck, hammock, and view of the ocean. Pool. Hottub, wireless internet, directTV, the works. All bedrooms have AC. The house is a short walk from the ferry, just past the Community Center. The owners of the house have a half-share so you'll never have to worry about things not working!
As of now there are 2 rooms available each week (the other 2 are rented).
Rentals are Thurs--Thurs as usual.
We are a group of guys, late-20's to late-30's...all professionals. (there is no age restriction in our house--that's just a description of us) We like to have a ton of fun but also enjoy a CLEAN and controlled environment. Up for impromptu parties if all the housemates agree...but not up for unexpected guests hanging around all day and drinking/eating our stash. We love to cook dinner after tea every night and enjoy a house meal--though there's no pressure to join. We had great luck last year and made some new friends from advertising on here...so why not try again?
$5000 for Quarter Share-5 weeks (Full room-2 people)
$1200 for individual weeks (Full room-2 people)
All quarter shares also pay a seasonal utility fee of $500 for pool/cable/internet/maid/gas/elec.
Any week renters will be billed for utilities.
FOOD AND BOOZE EXPENSES WILL BE DIVIDED UP EACH WEEK.

Each room has two beds in it, that range from double to twin mattresses. Anyone that takes more than a week has to chose a week in May or Sept so that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the heat.

4 quarter shares left (6 weeks) in a beautiful, large,

Shell Walk, close to town and to the beach. We have a
completely stocked chefs kitchen, comfortable, casual
living room, DVD library & wireless internet.
Each room has 2 twin beds, beautiful fresh sheets &
towels, flat screen TV, cable & DVD player in every
room, a private bath and private deck space.
Pool & hot tub service, utilities, cleaning, food and
beverage is included in the price. Yes, the price
includes food/beverages - we even do the shopping!
All you do is show up and enjoy your holiday.

low 30's to mid 40's, varied interests and
