A beautiful and spacious beach house two blocks from the beach in Spring Lake. It's ideal for people looking to spend their summer with a fun group of 20 & 30-something single professionals.

• THE HOUSE - consists of 6 bedrooms, large front porch, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower, hardwood floors, central A/C, fireplace, washer/dryer, etc. We’ve had the same house since 2008. The house is a good mix of 4 seasons of newbies and a small core group that has been together for a few years.

• LOCATION – The house is ideally located in a quiet section and is convenient to downtown Spring Lake as well as two blocks from the beach.

• PEOPLE – Fun-loving, active, drama-free, even mix of guys/girls, mostly 30-something single professionals. Most live in or near NYC and Hoboken. We get together in the off season and more than a few were in a Mt. Snow Ski House the last couple of seasons.

• ACTIVITIES – Always stuff to do, our house is very friendly, active and does a lot of things together like softball (5 championships won), tennis, golf, ping pong, with games on the beach and at the house. We’ve also been known to hold house Olympics. Two summers ago the house got addicted to Corn Toss (http://www.corntoss.com/). We usually have dinner in the back yard as a group. At night the house goes out to a few bars, while some hang back at the house on the front porch and take it easy.

• TRANSPORTATION - Train to/from NYC & Hoboken is a 10-minute walk from the house, but someone is always around to pick you up or drop you off. It is less than a 70 mile drive from NYC and Hoboken. We are lucky enough to have a cab driver in the house who drives the shares to and from the bars with a hometown discount applied to the fares. Parking for the shares is 2 blocks away at the beach.

• COST: Shares are as follows: 8 weekends: $1800, 6 Weekends: $1400, 4 weekends: $1000, and 2 weekends: $500. The 8, 6, 4 and 2 include a bed on set weekends (Fri-Sun). The 8, 6, and 4 include one holiday weekend. All shares include basic food and drinks, snacks, bottled water, utilities, cable, weekly maid service, WiFi, and Beach Badges.

• SEASON - runs from May 18th until September 10th. Which includes the weekend before and the weekend after the holidays.

We're planning a few meet-and-greets in NYC and Hoboken to fill a few spots, so feel free to come and meet some people in the house!

Active group of surfers, golfers, bikers, softballers, tennis players, runners, cornhole
throwers, board game competitors, pool loungers and lazy beach goers.
Part of the Shore Softball tournament
Group is often found BBQ'ing as a house

Predominately Hoboken/NYC/central jersey crew- always a car coming
down if anyone needs rides or train station is walkable.

Housemates own lots of Parker house cards for easy access into the bar,
plus friendly with cab company for quick shuttle service.

SHARE DETAILS:
- $3600 for a FULL share and it is worth every penny (no half-shares please).
- Everything is included: all utilities (electric, gas, internet, cable, etc.), house expenses (weekly maid service, weekly pool maintenance, house supplies, etc.), and security deposit.
- Everyone has his or her own dedicated bed for the entire season (NO bunk beds).
- Full share lasts from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.
- Work from “home” is encouraged for extended weekends down the house. Vacation weeks at the house also allowed.

We are respectful of each other and our neighbors. We all met in beach houses over the years, so don't be afraid to join a house by yourself. Or grab a few friends and join our group.

About the house: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor shower, central air, cable, wifi, weekly cleaning service, washer/dryer. The house is over 3000 square feet and the bedrooms are big. Everyone gets their own bed and there will be 2 or 3 people in each bedroom. We do not overcrowd the house! The pictures don't do the house justice. It is huge and comfortable and unlike most houses down the shore. The house is in Spring Lake Heights so no need to worry about parking. We have a big backyard for bbqing, flip cup and hanging out.

About the shares: Half shares (8 weekends) are $2,200, 6 weekends $1650, quarter shares (4 weekends) are $1100. Half shares get 2 holiday weekends. The price includes all utilities, supplies, weekly cleaning person and the security deposit.
