Seaview share house on Ocean Beach border combines the quiet and beauty of Seaview (and its liberal beach laws)
with the excitement of town and all of its activities... just minutes away from both.  We have rented the
same house for many years and have a great reputation (gets us invited to all of the parties).  The house
has old world charm with beautiful wood built-ins, working fireplace, screened-in front porch, large
bedrooms, amazing roof deck, backyard, outdoor shower as well as a totally renovated
modern kitchen with all modern conveniences and amenities.

the market, and only a short walk to the Beach.  The house is five blocks from Ocean Beach.
 
We are an easy going group of primarily single professionals (40’s to 50’s). 
There is always a group from the house doing fun things together, from hanging
out at the beach, to relaxing on the deck, going to happy hour, enjoying Saturday
night dinners in the house, visiting friends at other houses , etc. The house has
4 bedrooms and a guest house (10 people per weekend), with a beautiful (private) spacious
deck.  There are 3 full baths, an outdoor shower, and a working fireplace.  The
house is well equipped with satellite TV (40” flat screen), wireless internet,
stereo, DVD player, 5 air conditioners, dart board, boccer ball (great game). 
The house is also well stocked with linens, beach chairs, and household supplies
for the summer.  Weekly housekeeping services and weekly food bill is shared each weekend.


Long Season, from mid May through end of Sept. 
Quarter shares available (5 W/E’s) $1,250 to $1,300 – includes Holiday weekends.
