We enjoy the company of our happy crowd, coming together at the beach to make some memories under the heat of a July sun, a live band playing at the Inn, a good game of pool, a daylong trip on bike and foot from Kismet to the Pines.. an impromptu moonlit bicycle ride on the beach, with the waves lapping at our ankles. This is what summer is about. It’s so good, it feels like a dream.

Seven Seas welcomes its second year as the preferred Sharehouse for smart, social city dwellers.
Our unique house is tailored to a fun group in the 25 – 35 age range. The house sleeps 18 each weekend:
2 couples, 10 singles and 4 guests, so you’ll always be surrounded with both friends and possibilities.
Amenities include:
· Gourmet food & booze provided
· Share includes 6 full weekends and up to 6 FULL mid-weeks (30 days)
· Weekly maid and 24-hour on-site management service
· Clean, fresh linens provided
· Easy online booking system (you can use your credit card for payment)
· Heated pool access
· Fitness/yoga studio with 2 professional classes offered each weekend
· House surfing and fitness equipment and gear
· Full bar

Seven Seas is located on East Lighthouse Walk just 6 doors from the beach making bathroom breaks and drink refills a snap. The 8 bedroom house has 3 living areas and a loaded kitchen. It also has 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Everyone gets a bed- NO COUCH SURFING.
We are an organized group looking for fun, interesting, active, and talented individuals who can add to our group and enjoy making new friends. We offer third shares for the 2010 season starting Memorial Day. Singles Beach House (28-38) run by

Kismet is the hottest new town for progressive singles. With no cars and few
cell phones, Kismet is the ultimate antidote to the sensory overload of the City.
We¹re a group of smart, considerate, free-thinkers (ages 28-38) who still
like to respectfully get our grooves on. We share a 7-bedroom house 50 ft.
from the beach. We have one couple, the rest singles, with 14 people per weekend.
And yes, the house is run by the guy who literally wrote the book on
epicurean living -- John Blesso, author of "SHAREHOUSE CONFIDENTIAL: Sex,
Drugs and the Single Life Inside an Epicurean Beach House," which will be published in April.

previously knowing anyone, broadening all of our social (and networking)
circles. Because of our limited spots, we can¹t accommodate a group of
