We are looking to share a small 2 bedroom Westhampton Beach House w/ Pool
in a cul de sac.

The house has 2 full bedrooms (queen size mattresses), living and sunroom, eat in kitchen. It is small/basic but charming with a fully stocked kitchen, towels sheets etc. We have an 8 year old son and would love to share with another couple - child friendly or with children. (One can add a third bed for child in the bedroom).
Depending on your necessities we could each rent the house as half share (both bedrooms) and be completely independent - occupying the entire house every other week, or we can share the house for the full season (Memorialday - Labourday) occupying one bedroom each. The house has a wonderful garden (gardeners welcome), internet and TV. Property is in the village (walking distance to movie theater and shops) and a 5 minute drive to the beaches. There is a separate pool house, which is taken already.
Appliances: Viking, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer.
Well behaved pets ok with us.

15,000 for the season. Great for 2 couples or a family
